Minutes of March 6, 2006 meeting read.  Minutes accepted as read.

Treasurer’s report showed a gain of $4,392.83 from previous month.  Total value of club assets is $289,210.60.  Value of each unit is $30.73.  For the month:  DJIA was +.80%,  NASDAQ was +1.62%, KIC was +1.82%.  There aren’t any outstanding transactions.  Agent’s report approved as read.

Joe Scholz brought up Procter Gamble for Kathy Kees, $57.63, StockScouter rating of 6, 52 week range $51.91 - $62.50, dividend of $1.24, may be in the midst of buying Gillette.

Joe Scholz brought up Pioneer Natural Resource, they’re in gas and oil exploration, from Business Week - “Is a Prime Buyout Candidate”, $44.25, 52 week range $36.67 - $56.35.

Jerry Scholz brought along Power Searches from MSN Money - Contrarian Strategy included Johnson & Johnson, Banta Corporation - Highest Yielding S&P 500 stocks included Ford Motor, Altria Group, The Southern Company, Bank of America Corporation, Pfizer Inc. - Cheapest Stocks of Large, Gropwing Companies included Caterpillar Inc..

Mike Lemke brought up Power Wave Technologies, $13.49, StockScouter rating of 3, 52 week range of $6.84 - $15.76, they’re in wireless technology in Asia.

Steve Hollmann - read from Money Paper - “Just for the Fun Of It” - XM Satellite, Domino Pizza, Best Buy, Boston Beer, Cosco, Harley Davidson, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Brunswieck.

Jerry Scholz brought up Rail America $10.66, 52 week range $8.97 - $12.67, Analyst Consensus is Hold.

Dick Fluhr brought Raytheon, $45.84, StockScouter rating of 8, Dividend of $.96, 52 week range $39 - $46, Analyst Rating:  Strong Buy 6, Hold 10.  Dick also brought up Encysive Pharmaceuticals - $4.89, StockScouter rating of 4, they’re in bio pharmaceuticals,  Dick will look into further on this stock.  Dick also mentioned upcoming IPOs:  Sealy Corp $14 - $16, Goodman Global $16 - $18.

Mike Lemke gave current StockScouter ratings of some of our holdings:  Texas Instruments - 10, Motorola - 10, Caterpillar - 9, Bank f America - 8, Cisco - 8, Exxon Mobil - 8, Coca Cola - 8.

Dick Fluhr brought up TOM Online, $45.44, in the Chinese market.  Cisco - Analyst Rating:  Strong Buy 11, Moderate Buy 8.  Comcast $26.16, StockScouter rating of 4, 52 week range $25.35 - $33.81, P/E of 62.3.

Dick Fluhr made motion to sell all of ComCast and 225 shares of Cisco, seconded by Ron Green.  Vote was:  For - 5, Against - 1.

Mike Lemke brought up Sherwin Williams, $49.44, 52 week range $37.40 - $54.12, 2% dividend yield.

Joe Scholz made motion to buy 100 shares of Texas Instruments, seconded by Jerry Scholz.  Vote was:  For - 6, Against - 0.

Dick Fluhr made motion to buy 100 shares of Procter Gamble and balance of monies into Motorolla, seconded by Ron Green.  Vote was:  For - 5, Against - 1.

Next meeting will be Sunday May 7, 2006 at 10:30 at Pete’s Fisherman’s Inn, Brothertown, WI   USA
